The American Council of Engineering Companies of Wisconsin would like to invite SMPS Wisconsin members to learn more about our Future Leaders Institute program. Although presented by ACEC WI, please note, this program is designed for professionals beyond engineering. Previous program graduates have included a land surveyor, planner, historical preservationist, and marketing and business development professional.
About Future Leaders Institute

Established in 2006, the Future Leaders Institute is a leadership and career development program designed to launch the design industry’s up-and-coming professionals into leadership roles within firms, the industry, and our communities.
The Future Leaders Institute is composed of 6 sessions created specifically for the design industry. It is designed for individuals in all aspects of the design industry from engineers and architects to planners and business development professionals.
Participants typically have an average of 6 to 12 years of industry experience. The Future Leaders Institute is an investment in the future. The program recognizes, rewards, and helps retain top talent.
