Leadership Council meeting recap

Thanks to those who came to the first official meeting of the WI AEC Leadership Council on May 7!

Conversation focused on how to get upper management to see the importance of branding and having a formal strategy in place for business development and marketing. Along those lines we talked about our companies' business development processes and how our marketing and business development departments are organized and work together.
