The Web is the 24/7 window to your organization, and is likely the first impression anyone has of your firm. The potential of the web to define and extend the brand is because it combines virtually all forms of media and information delivery—text, image, film, video, voice and sound. Begin or expand your brand story on the web by following the five requirements for effective web branding, and see the concepts demonstrated with some classic case studies. Leave this session with ideas you can implement immediately that will help bring your brand to life through your website.

John Thiel  |  Principal + Creative Director of THIEL Design
John is the co-founder, along with his wife Norene, of THIEL Design, a brand communications planning & design firm located in Milwaukee. The firm has an extremely diverse client base, ranging from multi-national corporations to entrepreneurial start-ups. Included in the firms experience is significant and award winning work for architectural, engineering and construction clients. As one of the Midwest’s leading branding consultants, John believes the most effective design must have meaning beyond aesthetics and pretty pictures, and should be integrated across media, appealing to both sides of the brain—causing you to both THINK & FEEL!
