SMPS events

Monthly luncheon programs are held from September to May. Registration and networking begin at 11:30. Lunch is served at 12 noon with the presentation at 12:30. With time for Q&A, you can leave for your office by 1:30 (unless noted otherwise below).

Each year we host a half-day workshop event, and monthly we sponsor no-charge Thirsty Thursday networking events.

Capitol Brewery June 26 — Thirsty Thursday Join us for an informal networking event from 4 to 6 PM at the Capital Brewery outdoor beer garden on 7734 Terrace Avenue in Middleton. Everyone is invited so please come and bring a friend. There is no fee, no registration forms, no badges. Just show up!

July 24 — Thirsty Thursday Join SMPS every month at a new location to have a drink, network and enjoy good company! This month's event is at Jazz in the Park featuring Paul Silbergleit Quartet at the Cathedral Square Park in Downtown Milwaukee (directions to 520 E. Wells St.) Please bring a blanket or chair to sit on and whatever you'd like to eat/drink! We look forward to seeing you there!

August 6-9 — SMPS National Conference in Denver

August 21 — Thirsty Thursday this will be a Madison area event, watch for details to unfold as the summer progresses

September 11 —"Flying with Eagles" panel this will be the kick-off program for the next series of monthly luncheon speakers. With Diana Redlich moderating, five industry-leading professionals to share their perspectives and views on the trends of the A/E/C industryand where it is headed. This program will be held at the Country Springs Hotel in Pewaukee.

October 9 - This program will be held in the Madison area.

November 13 - This program will be held at the Country Springs Hotel in Pewaukee.

May 6-8, 2009 —Midwest Regional Conference will be held at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center in Madison. Rooms will be available to attendees at the adjoining Hilton Hotel. Mark your calendar now for an excellent event!
