$35 for SMPS members
$60 for non-members
- You may register online with a credit card or by mailing in a check.
- You may pay onsite with no additional fee if you email an RSVP 24 hours in advance.
- For an additional $10 walk-in fee you may register on the same day (onsite) with a check.
- There is no charge for cancellations as long as SMPS Wisconsin is notified by email at least 24 hours prior to the event
- Invoicing is not an option.

Please include with the check the title of the program for which you are registering and the names of all registrants so we can verify membership and create name badges properly.
